Procedure: Combine ingredients. Wrap in pot sticker wrappers as shown. Cook in a non-stick skillet with water coming to halfway up the pot stickers. Cover and cook until all liquid is evaporated and bottom is golden brown. Serve with hot chili oil mixed with a little chili paste with garlic and soy sauce.
Directions: Pot stickers can be boiled in a big pot until done then cooked on the grill to brown them. This way they can be mass produced. They can also be frozen, uncooked and then cooked as outlined above without having to defrost.
