We have 5 houses to choose from and rates vary depending on the number of visitors and which house you choose. All houses were designed with the native achitecture in mind while incorporating a few modern convienences. All houses have a 'Palapa' roof which is made of palm fronds and have a sleeping loft or 'Toponco'. Each house has its own sense of history and charm.
Xipe Totec and Casa Zalate Housing
Ice and a selection of cold drinks( mineral water, juices, sodas) can be delivered to your room/house. Laundry service is available with 24 hours notice. Luggage service is available to and from the beach when you arrive.
Chess in CASA TUITO and the View looking over the Playa Grande from CASA ZALATE.
CASA COCO is nestled in a Coconut Grove and has double beds up and downstairs.
Guest room at CASA XIPE TOTEC has solar electricity for those who must have it.

Casa Tuito
Just off of the River Tuito and adjascent to the lagoon and beach. This quaint little palapa has a double bed in the loft and a gas range. It is very private and has a wonderful hammock.
Double occupancy is $50/night.
Casa Coco
Nestled in a Coconut Grove, this house has a double bed in the loft and a double downstairs. Beautiful palapa and tiled floor.
Double occupancy is $35/night.
Casa Zalate
Perched on a rock outcrop and a stones throw from the Pacific. If you want the real beach palapa, this is for you. Double bed in the loft and a sepperate 'cassita' with its own double bed and couch. Great views, great shower, kitchen. All you need for a getaway.
Double occupancy is $75/night and group rates, monthly are available.
Casa Xipe Totec
Tiled guest room with double bed or two singles. Just off of the lilly pond and wired with solar electricity. Perfect for those who want to be reminded of where they came from.
Double occupancy is $45 night.
Group rates for the main house with multi use space and sleeping lofts are also available.
