About the Poet

Pacific Northwest poet, performer, and educator;  MFA in Writing and Poetics from Naropa University's Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics;  in 1996, co-founded the Northwest SPokenword LAB (SPLAB), a non-profit literary arts center in Auburn, WA; produced the 2001 and 2002 Seattle Poetry Festivals while serving as Executive Director of Eleventh Hour Productions; work has appeared in The New Censorship, Bombay Gin, 13th Moon, Chain, Raven Chronicles, and Short Fuse: A Global Anthology of New Fusion Poetry; has been facilitating "The 3:15 Experiment" since 1993 (www.315experiment.com), portions of which were published in The 3:15 Experiment (with Lee Ann Brown, Jen Hofer, and Bernadette Mayer) by The Owl Press; other publications include: traffic (1996), all over the road (Spokenword CD, 2000), and every day angels and other near-death experiences (2002).
